How do I book individual drop-in lessons?

Adult students who are not enrolled in weekly lessons can book single drop-in lessons through the booking portal.

Important: Make sure you're logged into the booking system before booking your lesson. If you book without logging in, a duplicate account will be created for you.

How do I cancel a lesson online?

Log into your membership portal and follow these steps:

  1. 1 Log in at the membership portal.
  2. 2 Find the Upcoming Schedule section and click Cancel next to the lesson you want to remove.
  3. 3 Confirm the cancellation and follow the prompts to complete it.
  4. 4 If the cancellation qualifies under our policy (48+ hours notice, within your allowed limit), a credit will be issued to your account automatically.

How do I book a make-up lesson with a credit?

Once you have a credit on your account, here's how to use it:

  1. 1 Log in at the membership portal.
  2. 2 Find the Credits section on the right side of the page and click Use.
  3. 3 Select your instructor and browse available dates and times.
  4. 4 Verify your credit is applied, choose your preferred slot, and confirm the booking.

Credits expire 30 days after the cancellation date. If you run into any issues, email us at info@tahoemusic.net.
